This Privacy Policy explains how Marsden Industrial Services, Inc., operating RelayAxis (“RelayAxis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information when merchants visit RelayAxis, create an account, subscribe, connect WordPress sites or payment environments, or use RelayAxis services.

1. Information We Collect

Account and business information

We may collect your name, email address, business name, account identifiers, WordPress user information, subscription status, and information you provide during merchant onboarding.

Store and integration information

We may collect the URLs of WordPress storefronts and processing sites you connect, selected payment methods, setup and provisioning status, software version information, connection state, and technical identifiers needed to operate RelayAxis.

Transaction and payment-coordination information

RelayAxis may process order identifiers, amounts, currency, selected payment method, checkout references, transaction status, processor or wallet references, timestamps, and other payment metadata required to coordinate and verify transactions. Short-lived tokenized payment values may transit RelayAxis systems as necessary to complete supported card payment execution, but RelayAxis is not designed to store customers’ full card numbers or card security codes.

Processor and wallet information

RelayAxis is designed so merchant Square access credentials remain within the merchant-controlled Processor Edge environment rather than the customer-facing storefront. For Bitcoin Lightning functionality, we may process wallet connection information and related technical data needed to establish and maintain the wallet connection requested by the merchant.

RelayAxis subscription billing

Stripe processes RelayAxis subscription billing. We may receive and store Stripe customer, checkout-session, subscription, price, invoice, billing-status, and related identifiers. RelayAxis does not receive or store the full payment-card details used to pay the RelayAxis subscription.

Technical and security information

We may collect IP address, browser and device information, request logs, timestamps, authentication events, error information, security events, and similar technical data used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and secure RelayAxis; create and manage merchant accounts and subscriptions; provision and connect merchant sites; coordinate and verify supported payments; calculate settled volume and subscription tiers; provide customer support; detect fraud, abuse, and technical problems; maintain service reliability; communicate service or account information; and comply with legal obligations.

3. Noncustodial Payment Design

RelayAxis does not hold merchant customer-payment funds. Supported card payments are executed by the merchant’s connected processor environment, and Bitcoin Lightning payments settle to the merchant’s connected wallet. RelayAxis uses payment and transaction information only as needed to coordinate, verify, record, and support those payment flows.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

RelayAxis may use cookies or similar browser storage for account authentication, secure subscription handoff, session continuity, fraud prevention, and other functions necessary to operate the service. We do not use these technologies to sell personal information.

5. How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers and integrations only as reasonably necessary to operate RelayAxis. Depending on the features you use, these may include Stripe for RelayAxis subscription billing; Square or other supported processor services for merchant payment execution; Cash App or other compatible Lightning payment applications used by customers; Lightning wallet or connectivity providers selected by the merchant; WordPress, WooCommerce, hosting, infrastructure, email, security, and support providers.

We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or governmental request; to protect RelayAxis, merchants, customers, or others; to investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or Terms violations; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets.

6. Sale of Personal Information

RelayAxis does not sell personal information for money. We do not use merchant account or transaction information for third-party behavioral advertising.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain transaction and subscription records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet accounting or legal obligations, prevent fraud and abuse, and maintain security. Retention periods may vary by data type and legal requirement.

8. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect RelayAxis information. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security. Merchants are also responsible for securing their WordPress installations, Processor Edge site, processor accounts, wallets, credentials, administrative users, and devices.

9. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

You may review or update certain account information through RelayAxis. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to identity verification and any information we must retain for legal, security, billing, fraud-prevention, or transaction-record purposes.

Depending on where you reside, applicable privacy law may provide additional rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, or certain uses of personal information. Requests may be sent to support@relayaxis.net.

10. Third-Party Services

Third-party processors, wallet providers, applications, and websites have their own privacy practices. This Privacy Policy does not govern information collected directly by Square, Stripe, Cash App, a Lightning wallet provider, WooCommerce extension, hosting company, or another independent third party.

11. Children

RelayAxis is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through merchant account registration.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
